Corporate Summary

Blind Creek Resources is a mineral exploration company that has acquired a number of properties in British Columbia and the Yukon Territory, Canada. The Company's primary focus is the advancement of exploration and development programs on each project with a goal of moving them toward pre-feasibility and feasibility studies.

The wholly-owned Blende Property comprises 260 Quartz Mining Claims. Zinc and lead mineralization occurs in four main areas on the property. Historical resource estimates of zinc, lead and silver mineralization were prepared by Billiton Canada 7 Explorations Inc., prior to the introduction of NI 43-101. Sufficient work has not been completed subsequently for these resource calculations to be in compliance with the new NI 43-101 standards and will be a goal of the Company as it begins its next phase of exploration and development. A Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves, the Company is not treating the historical estimate as current mineral resources or mineral reserves and the historical estimate should not be relied upon. Total drilling done at Blende from 1988 to the end of 2008 is 132 holes totaling 25,195 meters.

More recently, Blind Creek has staked significant gold exploratio claims located nearby to both the Blende Project and also a new Carlin-style gold discovery by ATAC Minerals.

From 2004 to 2009, Blind Creek staked claims in the Atlin Mining Division of northern British Columbia collectively known as the Atlin Property. The Atlin Property consists of three major claim blocks: Engineer, Mains and Como claim blocks. The Mains and Como are contiguous and are referred to as the Atlin Project. The Engineer claims make up the Company's Wann River - Engineer Project. These claims are all wholly-owned by Blind Creek.

The Atlin Project area is approximately 15 km wide and 20 km long to the east and southeast of the community of Atlin and entirely within the historical Atlin gold camp. Gold occurences within the camp indicate a relationship to ultramafics, quartz veins, listwanites, carbonization, thrust faulting and normal faulting. Mineralization is typically gold and silver or electrum, although other minerals of economic interest in the camp include magnesite and molybdenum. A 2005 exploration program included six drill holes from 2 separate locations

The Wann River - Engineer Project is located 35km west of the community of Atlin on the Wann River east of Tagish Lake, and consists of 8 contiguous mineral claims covering 2,271 hectares. The historic Engineer gold mine lies 4 kilometres to the north. An 800 meter by 180 meter corridor within the project area contains precious metal enriched multi-phase quartz veins and stockworks with minor associated base metal mineralization.
