J. Frank Callaghan
Position: President & CEO, Director

Frank Callaghan serves as President & CEO of Blind Creek Resources Ltd. and also serves as President and Director for numerous other public and private companies. Mr. Callaghan has sat as President for several publicly traded resource companies in the mining and oil and gas sectors in Alberta, BC and the Yukon. Mr Callaghan is responsible for the business development of the Company and will also be involved in the negotiation and acquisition of future mineral projects.

 
Craig D. Thomas
Position: Director

Mr. Thomas is a barrister and solicitor and principal of the law firm of Thomas, Rondeau LLP specializing in the practice of corporate and securities law matters, including structuring and implementation of corporate financing transactions, public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, registration, reporting and compliance matters. Mr. Thomas earned his undergraduate degree in 1975 from Harvard College and his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1978 from the University of Alberta. Mr. Thomas has practiced law in British Columbia since 1979. Mr. Thomas also serves as an officer and director of numerous publicly listed companies.

 
David Stone
Position: Director

Mr. Stone obtained a Bachelor in Applied Sciences from the University of British Columbia in 1980, his Ph.D. from Queens University in 1985 and his Masters in Business Administration from Queens University in 2002. Mr. Stone is a Professional Engineer serving as Director, Officer or Consultant for numerous public companies in the resource sector.

 
Andrew Hutchinson Rees
Position: Director

Mr. Rees is presently the President and Chief Executive Officer of WellStar Energy Corp. (NEX: WSE.H) and sits on the board of directors of several public companies in the mining and oil & gas sectors. Mr. Rees has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia.

 
Thomas J. Kennedy
Position: Director

Mr. Kennedy is a graduate of the University of British Columbia having received his Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1973 and his Bachelor of Laws degree in 1974. Mr. Kennedy was admitted to the British Columbia Bar in 1975 and has practiced law for 36 years. After 7 years of employment with the Canadian Federal Department of Justice, Mr. Kennedy has primarily focused as a legal, financial and business consultant to publicly-traded companies. Mr. Kennedy is currently a member of the Law Society of British Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, the British Columbia Bar Association, and an Associate member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Kennedy currently serves in positions as CEO, CFO, President, Vice-President and Secretary of several TSX Venture Exchange and CNSX publicly traded companies, primarily focused on mineral exploration. Mr. Kennedy is an independent director of the Company and anticipates spending approximately 5% of his time on the Company's business.
