July 21, 2020 Vancouver, Canada -- Blind Creek Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX.V: BCK) announces that certain creditors have agreed to accept shares in the Company for past services provided to the Company of up to $500,000, by the issuance of a total of 10,000,000 common shares of the Company at a deemed value of $0.05 per share. This transaction is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. About Blind Creek Resources Ltd Blind Creek is a Vancouver-based junior resource company focused on lead-zinc-silver project acquisition, exploration and development. The Company's flagship property is the Blende Deposit in north-central Yukon. The property is 100% owned, winter-road accessible 5,345 ha and situated 63 km northeast of Keno Hill, Yukon.
