The 100%-owned Kaza Northstar Property is located in the Omineca Mining Division of British Columbia. The company was granted an option to earn its interest in the project in March 2007, and subsequently completed the earn-in during the year ending November 30, 2008, subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty (1% of which can be purchased at any time for the sum of $1,000,000).
