Corporate History

Blind Creek Resources was incorporated on May 31, 2004 and since then has focused on the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties in Yukon, NWT and British Columbia, Canada. The Company's primary focus is lead-zinc-silver exploration and development. To date, these efforts have culminated in the acquisition of the Blende Zn-Pb-Ag Property in north-central Yukon (2008) and more recently the Company has signed an agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the AB Property (2017), a mid-stage Mississippi Valley (MV-Type) Zn-Pb exploration property in NWT and spun out its Engineer Gold Mine Property into Engineer Gold Mines Ltd., a separate public company (2018).

Blind Creek's near term goals are to increase the Blende Property mineral resource and advance the Property to the Preliminary Economic Evaluation (PEA) stage. At the AB (Zn-Pb) Property, the Company is positioning to drill test the coincidental AB and ABC targets in 2018. Longer term goals include taking the projects to a pre-feasibility and feasibility stage.
